How long is the compliance certification valid?
Our standard framework certifications are valid for 24 months from the date of completion. The system will automatically notify administrators and users 30 days prior to expiration to initiate the recertification process.
Are the system audit logs court-admissible?
Yes. RMI Global utilizes strict database logging. Every module attempt, completion timestamp, and IP address is securely recorded, providing a robust, court-ready audit trail for external regulatory bodies.
What happens if an employee fails a compliance module?
Administrators define a strict maximum attempt limit (typically 3). If an employee fails to achieve the required 100% pass rate within these attempts, their access is locked. Management must then intervene, review the failure, and manually unlock the system for a re-attempt.
Can we integrate our proprietary company policies?
Absolutely. Directory Owners can utilize the Native Asset Builder to upload custom corporate policies, video briefings, and specific procedural documents directly into the training modules prior to the assessment.
